URBAN
: Commonly known as "Street Riding" was
born from Mountain Biking and the BMX riders just riding their mounts
in the street and found that it was like a Concrete parkland terrain
of different architecture such as steps, ledges, rails, jumps to
ride as well as flatland tricks.
This has evolved
into the new riding format but is just starting to be appriciated.
It is noted that
many owners of Mountain Bikes do not actually ride their bikes in
"The Mountain" but because of locations are forced to
ride their bikes in the city or metro type terrain and as such new
riding styles have evolved from the riders treating the city like
dirt parks and country terrain.
